🔶 Standard Etch, Wash & Seal – 2-Coat System (3 Step Process)

• Minimum fee covers up to a standard area
• Includes:
  • Surface acid etching
  • Pressure washing
  • 2 coats of premium sealer
  • All preparation, equipment & materials

🟡 Additional Surface Area

• Extra area completed at a per-square-metre rate (after minimum)
• Pricing based on surface age, access, and condition

✎ Optional Add-Ons & Custom Work

• Oil stain or heavy degreasing treatment – priced after assessment
• Crack or joint repairs – per linear metre
• Tinted or coloured sealers – per square metre

🚗 Travel & Call-Out Fees

• Townsville metro (within 20km): No extra cost
• Outside metro: Travel fees apply based on distance
• Custom travel (remote/regional): Quoted individually

• All work includes a free site inspection and quote (depending on distance)
• Surfaces must be clear of vehicles, furniture, and debris before work begins
• Allow 24–48 hours for full drying and curing (additional 24 hours for turning areas)
• Please ensure all lawn and weed overhangs are trimmed
